Job Description
- Recruitment of talent for all vacancies under the Laborem group
- Objective and data-driven performance management
- Strategic and effective learning and development to drive business success
- Fun and meaningful employee engagement activities to echo organizational culture
- Co-develop with leaders an organizational culture centered on the values of Traction and No Rules Rules
- Hybrid work set-up (2x a week office days)
- Work locations are Libis and Sucat
Job Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years experience of HR generalist experience, especially in recruitment, learning and development, and organizational development
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- A quick, independent learner and can achieve results with minimal supervision
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Adept in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, Slack, and Canva
- Ability to think logically and critically
- Effectively work well in a team
- Experience in problem solving
- Strong customer service attitude
- Great attention to detail
